🔎 Your Role:

✔️ Sourcing talent via job boards, social media & networking
✔️ Screening and interviewing candidates for roles like truck drivers, painters & electricians
✔️ Partnering with our team to ensure a smooth recruitment process
✔️ Building a talent pipeline for future placements
✔️ Scheduling interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and clients
✔️ Maintaining accurate candidate records in our system

🎯 What You Bring:

✅ Fluent English (spoken & written), Croatian is a plus
✅ Experience in international recruitment, ideally within Croatia
✅ An own business in place, or planned, to invoice your commission
✅ Strong communication & organizational skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently
✅ Familiarity with sourcing tools & ATS systems is a bonus
