Electrician / Electrical Installer (m/f/d) – Full-Time | 4-Day Week | Sankt Wolfgang, Bavaria

On behalf of our client – an established, owner-managed electrical company in the Sankt Wolfgang area (Bavaria) – we are looking for a motivated Electrician (m/f/d) to start immediately.

The company specializes in exclusive electrical projects in premium new builds and renovations, delivering craftsmanship at the highest level. You'll join a close-knit team of 6–8 colleagues who support each other – as people, not just coworkers.

Your tasks

• High-quality, individual electrical installations in premium residential and commercial projects – carefully planned, custom solutions for demanding clients

• Working with modern electrical systems and smart technologies that meet the highest standards

• Maintenance and servicing of existing installations with attention to detail

• Occasional installation of photovoltaic systems as part of a varied service portfolio

• Year-round employment – no seasonal fluctuations, full job security

Your working hours

Monday to Thursday, 41 hours/week – giving you every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. The 4-day workweek is a real, lived practice here – not just a buzzword.

Your profile

• Completed technical apprenticeship

• Proven work experience as a welder (MIG/MAG and TIG)

• Professional certification (e.g. AWS welding certificate) is an advantage

• Manual skills, willingness to work, and commitment

• Teamwork skills as well as careful and accurate work

• Good German language skills (verbal and written)

Your benefits

• Hourly wage of €19.50–23.00 depending on qualification and experience
